TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BOOKINGS:

Children under 6 free,

Children rate is for 6-12 years.

Over 13 years pay an adult rate.
All prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT and Tourism Bed Levy.

Rates may vary according to season and specials at time of booking.

A conservation fee will payable on arrival of R150 per international guest and R75 per SADAC guest. Children are free.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required to confirm all bookings. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits can be paid via Electronic Financial Transfer (EFT), or credit / debit card. For any payments by EFT a proof of payment must be forwarded to mbuluzireception@gmail.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Forfeit 100% of deposit if a guest cancels 14 days before arrival.

Forfeit 50% of deposit if a guest cancels 21 days before arrival. Will be refunded within 30 days.

Forfeit 0% of deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival. Will be refunded within 30 days.
In the case of guests not showing, the full amount of the deposit will be charged. There will be no refund.

NB* When making refunds any charges or fees payable for international money transfers will be for the client and will be deducted from the refund amount.

This is for access to Mbuluzi North Only. Gate opens at 06h00 and closes at 18h00.
All day visitors need to be out of the reserve by 18h00.
Special arrangement can be made to visit the South of the reserve to visit lodge guests.
Please contact the reception office to arrange this. A different rate will apply.
